Mr. N Wintrip has been involved in the second user and electrical industry since 1990 and in 1997 he started to work on the sales and upgrading of IT Equipment, then in 2005 he became an unltd Millennium Community Champion that enabled him to set up a non-profit social enterprise through his previous experience in the electronics industry.
As an Exeter based social enterprise is looking for practical-hands-on-help and support with contract bid writing and grant bid writing to help establish an alternative technology education centre for the South West of England.
A1 Positive Recycling a non-profit, wants to develop a positive community management team to help lead the future development of the social enterprise.

In the past Business advisors who do not understand what dyslexia is and they gave him a lot of wrong advice that made it an impossible task for him to complete on his own as he needed the practical-hands-on-help and support.

The above Directive was brought into force in the UK on the 13 August 2004 and was implemented in 2007 to no avail. It aims to reduce the waste arising from electrical and electronic equipment and improve the environment. All Business/organisation now have receive a Duty of Care controlled waste transfer note to prove where their waste has gone.

A1 Positive Recycling wish to sew Devon County Council and Exeter City Council for criminal acts that accounts to around £80 to a £100Million that A1 have lost due to their professional incompitence over the last 7 years totaling over £560Million Pounds. due to intelectual propert theft from A1 Positive Recycling.

NEWS positive recycling
A social enterprise project in Exeter is looking for people to join our our management team and to work towards establishing an alternative technology eduction centre for the South West of England.
A1 Positive Recycling Project, which is a non-profit enterprise, wants to build up a positive management team to help lead the future development of the project.
It is also hoping to find space in a vacant city centre property as a base for the project.
Neil Wintrip is the CEO and director for A1 which he started 15 years ago as an IT technician upgrading and repairing computers and providing environmental cleaning services.
A1 is now specialising in local data destruction, computer and mobile phone recycling, refurbishment, ink and toner cartridge sales and recycling, The Project aim's to reduce the Co2 carbon footprint for it's commercial client base in Exeter.
In May 2005 Neil received an Un Ltd level 1 Millennium award and a Co-op Community Dividend grant.
Neil said the planned alternative technology education centre would be aimed at training, educating and empowering adults with learning difficulties.
He said he was looking for dynamic and committed individuals who could offer practical hands-on support and sound business, community practical advice and support to help run a pilot project and become part of the management board on the A1 management team in Exeter.
Neil is looking for the following in Exeter there are two types of partnership as follows: -
Informal partners are those who help with the working up of A1 Positive Recycling and may be involved in the delivery (e.g. members of a project steering group, or informal advisors) Such partners may be drawn from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector, where mutual objectives are being met, or the specific partner has a mission to support A1 Positives community and management groups.
Formal Partners are partnership organisations that are working directly with A1 Positive Recycling to deliver manage the project. Such partners may be drawn from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector. In this case there will be an identifiable contribution in terms of service delivery management. Some of these contributions may attract remuneration for services, e.g. bookkeeping, payroll, administration and management, and service delivery. However, it would be expected that such services would be provided on a not-for-profit and voluntary basis.
Neil is looking for ‘dynamic and committed individuals’ who can offer practical-hands-on-help and sound business community advice to act as board members on the positive management team = Together, Each, Accomplishes, More.
