If life has taught me anything, it has taught me never to trust anyone again. 

I have found that people and councils Government departments in Exeter, Devon are all talk and no action. 

I have been asking for practical-hands-on-help with the social enterprise in Exeter, Devon for the past 9 years and not one person has come forward to offer us any practical-hands-on-help at all in Exeter, Devon.
